The road to recovery can be scary, bumpy, challenging and often times unknown. The effects of stroke often require a person to relearn or change the way
they live. There is not an average stroke recovery time. Recovery depends on the extent of the damage caused by the stroke, time a person can get to
the hospital, the age and general health of the patient.
However, the most important part of recovery is the love and support from family and friends, so we have to Take CARE of our stroke survivors with motivation,
inspiration and encouragement. There are several key elements on how to Take CARE of our loved ones during the recovery process, through:
